Maintenance & Clean Instruction

1. Please don't use sharp tools to scrape or knock the pan surface.  Non-stick coating is one kind of film, if it is harmed or broken; oil or acidic ingredient will penetrate into under coasting which results in coating being peeled off from the pan.

2. Non-stick pans without cleaning for a long time will make leftovers or oil spots become carbide after frequently use.  The carbide will be strongly adhered to and cover the coasting.  After a period of time the coating will totally lose its function.

3. Frequently cleaning non-stick surface is the simplest way to maintain its lifecycle.  If you can't clean them daily due to some reasons, please use soft fabric to wipe it up and keep it dry at least once a week.
